This message came to me by a friend so I thought I’d share it! Have a beautiful day!

There was a time where women stood together in a bond of sisterhood, women supporting women.
As women embrace the fullness of who they are as individuals, they may find themselves supporting other women, helping others to reach the level of inner comfort and outer freedom that they themselves have found. Among those who are less sure of themselves and their place in the world, it may be more common to criticize other women than to seek their help. But there are things that a woman can only learn from another woman, as there are things about being a man that can only be learned from other men. We all recognize that we have much to learn from each other regardless of gender, but sometimes we could use a supportive role model that gives us a more precise example of what and who we can become.

There was a time where women stood together in a bond of sisterhood, women supporting women. It is only natural that the pendulum swings out of balance for a while so that we may have the experience of what we do not want. It is up to women to bring the pendulum back into balance and bring back the sacred sisterhood we yearn for at our core.

If we envision a world where women support each other and help each other find their place in an ever-changing world, then we can become the change we want to see. Jealousy, envy, criticism, and judgment are refuges for the insecure. As we help others to become self-assured, we create a world in which all people help each other, regardless of gender. Only women can make the change in how women are seen and understood, not just by other women but by the world at large. The way we speak about each other to other women and to the men in our lives informs everyone to treat us with the respect that all women, and all people, deserve.

Introducing a newer R8 model, with a convertible touch coming to you this summer for a fabulous experience. The 2017 Audi R8 Spyder has the same wheelbase and height as the R8 Coupe with the difference of being shorter and wider.

With the R8 Spyder comes a 5.2-liter V-10, 540 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque. Impressive power to allow you to drive 62 mph in 3.6 seconds as per Audi’s promise, with its top speed being ungoverned at 198 mph. You can find this gem in most dealerships for approximately $164,150. The “virtual cockpit” gives you a futuristic approach with its controls and switches which are similar to the R8 Coupe. The stereo entails thirteen speakers with two being in each seats headrest. The trunk is wide enough to carry many items including luggage bags.

The top can be raised or lowered while driving at a speed of 31 mph. 80 % of the R8 Spyder’s space frame is made of aluminum with the top folding weighing less than 100 pounds. Manual transmissions are not available, only a seven speed dual clutch gearbox with paddle shifters is offered.

Happy smooth driving with this roadster!

What would you do?

What would you do if you knew the day of your death? Would you go to work? Would you pay your bills? Would you do everything you could to live your last moments or would it be complete caos? We know that we will most likely never know our last day, except of course, if we are surrounded by someone that has us captive and as announced their plans before hand. What will it really take to happen to us, to make us actually live a life that we should live? Who will come with us on our journey? Sometimes it takes a negative to bring a positive effect! It goes just like that, every bad situation has a good effect within itself, we just have to look for it! It’s there! Do you see it? 🙏😊❤️🌹💋📚

Pineapple Chicken with Broccoli

·        1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts

·        1 Tbsp olive oil

·        1 (20-oz) can of pineapple chunks in pineapple juice

·        2 Tbsp soya sauce

·        2 Tbsp honey

·        2 tsp fresh ginger, minced

·        2 tsp fresh garlic, minced

·        1 (14-oz) bag frozen broccoli florets

·        1 bell pepper, I used ½ red, ½ orange

·        ¼ tsp salt

·        ½ tsp black pepper

·        1 tsp corn starch

·        Scallions and sesame seeds to garnish, optional

1.     Warm a large skillet over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, cut chicken into thin strips. Add oil to skillet and then chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, then flip chicken and cook chicken until done, approximately 5 minutes total.

2.     In the mean time, combine pineapple chunks and juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic in a medium bowl. Whisk to combine. Set aside until chicken is cooked. Slice peppers into strips.

3.     Once chicken is cooked. Add pineapple mixture to pan and turn to high heat. Allow mixture to boil for about 5 minutes. Add broccoli and peppers, stir to combine. Cook until crisp tender and using a slotted spoon transfer chicken, vegetables and pineapple to a serving bowl.

4.     Combine corn starch and 1 tablespoon water in a small bowl, pour into skillet. Whisk to combine and cook until thickens to syrup-like consistency. Before serving pour sauce over chicken and vegetables. Optional garnish: sprinkle chopped scallions and sesame seeds over top. Served with white rice or anything else desired is extra delicious. Serve and enjoy!
